Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Recipe – Healthy, Refreshing & Easy to Make

Ingredients:
450g fresh watermelon, diced
220g strawberries (thawed from frozen)
120 ml Greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp honey
120ml  unsweetened almond milk or water
30g fresh mint leaves (plus a few sprigs of mint for garnish)


Instructions:

1. Place all of the ingredients (watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey, water, and mint) in a high-powered blender: 

2. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water and continue blending.

3. Taste and add additional honey if you'd like the smoothie sweeter. blender:

4. Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Add additional sprigs of mint as desired for garnish.

Note: Fresh basil is a good alternative for fresh mint.
